simply complete the returns form enclosed with your goods and send them back to us for a full refund.
Can I return products that I do not want?
Absolutely. Whenever you buy from us you have the benefit of our 30 day guarantee, which starts on the day you receive your products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just complete the returns form enclosed with your products and send back to us for a full refund of the product price.
We cannot accept returns of products which have been customised for you, including cut lengths of yarn or embellishments, unless the wrong goods have been sent or the goods provided are faulty or were mis-described.
To take advantage of this guarantee, you must ensure that the goods are returned to as new, this means that:
(a) You must not remove any identification tag that is attached to the goods;
(b) You must not have used or altered the goods;
(c) You must return the goods in all original packaging and (if relevant) with any original authenticity card;
(d) you must ensure that the outer packaging is sufficient to protect the goods in transit.
How do I return faulty items?
If your product becomes faulty after 30 days please contact our Help Team.
How should I return unwanted or faulty products?
If you are within the 30 day guarantee, please complete the returns form enclosed with your product and send it to the specified address.
However if the item you would like to return is priced over £150, please contact the Help Team. Please send it back to us using a fully insured and trackable method of postage.
We are not liable for returned goods which are lost in transit, so it is important that you use an insured delivery method. If you are outside of this period, please contact the Help Team.
How long will my return take to be processed?
We promise to process your return within 30 days of receiving it. However, most of the time we process returns much quicker than this and aim to process them within 7 - 10 days.
On your dispatch note you will find a returns sticker with a barcode of your order number. If you make sure to stick this barcode on the outside of your returns parcel,
we will scan the parcel when it arrives in our warehouse and send you an email letting you know we have received it and giving you an update on approximately how long returns
are taking to process at that time.
